Opaline uses secure, passwordless authentication — no password required. You can log in using a one-time email verification code or by signing in with your Google or Facebook account. Opaline determines the correct login flow based on the email address associated with your account.
Before you get started
Only active Opaline customers and free trial users can log in.
You must use the email address associated with your Opaline user account.
If you see the message "Sorry, we couldn't find an account with that address. Please check it and try again," your account may have been deactivated or you may not have access. Contact your portal administrator to confirm your user permissions.
Log in with your email address
In your browser, go to admin.opaline.ai.
In the Email field, enter the email address associated with your Opaline account.
Click Continue.
Check your email inbox for a message from Opaline containing a 6-digit verification code.
Enter the 6-digit code in the verification field on the login page.
Click Sign In.
If you don't receive the verification email, check your spam or junk folder and confirm you entered the correct email address.
Log in with Google
In your browser, go to admin.opaline.ai.
Click Continue with Google.
Select the Google account associated with your Opaline access.
Complete any prompts from Google to verify your identity.
Log in with Facebook
In your browser, go to admin.opaline.ai.
Click Continue with Facebook.
Select the Facebook account associated with your Opaline access.
Complete any prompts from Facebook to verify your identity.
