General Settings allow you to view the core configuration of your Opaline account, including your account name, quiz subdomain, and shareable embed links. The account name and subdomain are set during onboarding.
Manage general settings
In your Opaline account, click the ⚙️ settings icon in the top navigation bar.
From the dropdown menu, click Workspace Settings.
In the left sidebar menu, click General.
Account name and subdomain
In General Settings, you can view the following:
Account Name: The internal name used to identify your account. Often matches your business name.
Subdomain: The subdomain used for all quiz links generated in your account. Often matches your website domain.
Embed Links
Embed links are pre-built quiz URLs designed for practices running quizzes across multiple marketing channels. Each link points to the same quiz experience but includes a unique set of UTM parameters so you can measure which channels are driving the most traffic and leads.
Under Embed Links, you can copy pre-built quiz links with UTM parameters already applied for each channel. To learn more, see {{Share an embed quiz link with UTM parameters}}.
