Treatments represent the services offered by your practice. Selected treatments are included in the recommendation engine for your quiz and impact which results display for your leads.
Manage treatments
In your Opaline account, click the ⚙️ Settings icon in the top navigation bar.
From the dropdown menu, click Workspace Settings.
In the left sidebar, under Quizzes, click Treatments.
To add a treatment, click the checkbox next to the treatment name.
To remove a treatment, uncheck the checkbox next to the treatment name.
Selected treatments are automatically saved and applied to your quiz recommendations.
To find a specific treatment, use the Search field or filter by category or type using the All Categories and All Types dropdowns. You can also change the order of results using the Sort by dropdown.
Request a new treatment
In your Opaline account, click the ⚙️ Settings icon in the top navigation bar.
From the dropdown menu, click Workspace Settings.
In the left sidebar, under Quizzes, click Treatments.
Click Request Treatment.
In the Request Treatment modal, complete the following fields:
Treatment Name (required)
Treatment Description (required)
Brand Name (optional)
URL to Treatment (optional)
Click Submit Request.
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by Opaline. Approved treatments will be added to your available list.
