Lead score is Opaline’s AI indicator of how likely a patient is to book. It appears in the Lead Score column of your Leads Dashboard and updates as new signals come in.
What lead score measures
Three inputs feed the score:
The urgency of the patient’s concerns and their stated timeline
Whether the patient clicked Book or Chat on their results page
Engagement signals after they complete the assessment
A patient who selected ASAP and clicked Book scores higher than one who selected Not Yet and closed the page.
Priority levels and response times
Priority | Action |
ASAP | Text or call within 1 hour. These patients clicked Book or Chat |
Soon | Follow up within 24 hours |
Warm | Follow up within 24 hours. Interested, but needs a nudge |
Nurture | Add to your monthly marketing. These patients convert later |
Speed matters most at the top of this list. An ASAP lead contacted within the hour is far more likely to book than the same lead contacted the next day.
Working lower-priority leads
Nurture leads are not dead leads. Concerns change every three to six months, and a patient who wasn’t ready in March may be ready in June. Keep them in your regular email and text marketing rather than removing them.
