Lead labels allow you to organize and group leads using custom, color-coded tags. Labels are applied directly from the Leads list and can be used on individual leads or multiple leads at once. To create and manage lead labels, see Create lead labels.
Apply a lead label
Option 1: Apply a label to a single lead
Before applying labels, open the Leads list for the relevant quiz:
In the top navigation bar, click đ„ Leads.
On the Your Quizzes page, locate the quiz you want to manage.
Click Go to Leads on the quiz card.
In the Leads list, locate the lead you want to update.
Select the checkbox in the leftmost column for that lead.
At the top of the table, click Change Label.
From the dropdown menu, select the label you want to apply.
Option 2: Apply a label to multiple leads
Before applying labels, open the Leads list for the relevant quiz:
In the top navigation bar, click đ„ Leads.
On the Your Quizzes page, locate the quiz you want to manage.
Click Go to Leads on the quiz card.
In the Leads list, select one or more leads using the checkboxes in the leftmost column.
Click Change Label at the top of the table.
From the dropdown menu, select the label you want to apply.
Click OK to save the change.
Remove a label from a lead
In the top navigation bar, click đ„ Leads.
On the Your Quizzes page, locate the quiz you want to manage.
Click Go to Leads on the quiz card.
In the Leads list, locate the lead you want to update.
In the Labels column, click the â on the label you want to remove.
