Opaline’s marketing templates are shared as Canva template links. Clicking one creates a private copy in your own Canva account — you can edit it freely, and the original template stays untouched for everyone else.
All Opaline provided templates are free and only require a basic Canva subscription.
Clone a template
Click the Canva template link for the asset you want.
On the page that opens, click Use template for new design.
Sign in to Canva, or create a free account if you don’t have one.
Your copy opens in the Canva editor. Edit it as much as you like — your changes only affect your copy.
Customize your template
Click any text box and type to replace the placeholder text.
Click an image, then click Replace to upload or select your own photo or logo.
Update colors and fonts to match your branding using the editor toolbar.
Canva saves automatically. Your design stays in your Canva account, so you can come back and edit it any time.
Add your Opaline link or QR code wherever the template calls for it.
Download your design
In the top-right corner of the editor, click Share.
Click Download.
Choose your file type, then click Download.
Use PNG or JPG for social posts, and PDF Print for anything you’re sending to a printer.
