A wide, short header image for the top of an email announcing your assessment. Same design language as the link post, sized to sit above your email copy without pushing it below the fold.

Your own editable copy opens in the Canva editor. Changes you make only affect your copy — the original template stays untouched. For more detail, see Clone a Canva template.
Customize it
Replace the logo with your own
Update your Instagram handle
Update the Opaline quiz URL
Generate a QR code (for printed designs)
Replace the background image
Copy your quiz URL from your Opaline admin. See Share a quiz link. To create a QR code from it, see Generate a QR code in Canva.
Use it in an email
Download as PNG and upload it as the header image in your email platform.
Best Practice Tip: Make the image itself clickable and point it at your assessment link. Many patients tap the banner expecting it to work. Add alt text too — some email clients block images by default, and without it those readers see nothing.
