Patients already in your practice are your warmest audience. Printed materials extend your reach to nearby businesses whose customers look like your patients.
Before you print
Copy your Print link from your Opaline admin and generate a QR code from it.
Using the Print link keeps your in-person completions separate from website and social traffic in your reporting.
At your practice
Place a QR code card at check-in and checkout
Have your front desk mention the assessment during check-in
Add a table tent with a QR code in every treatment room
Include your link in appointment confirmations and post-visit texts
Add a small card to every goodie bag or retail purchase
Need a template? Grab the Waiting-Room Poster (1200×1600, prints at 8×10.67 in) Canva template. It also works as a front-desk card at half size.

Where to drop printed materials
Look for businesses with high dwell time and overlapping clientele.
Location type | Why it works |
Coffee shops and juice bars | High dwell time and your demographic |
Lash, nail, and hair salons | Customers already invested in appearance |
Yoga, Pilates, and barre studios | Health-conscious wellness overlap |
Fitness and chiropractic | Body-aware, open to wellness services |
Dance and kids’ activities | Parents with time to scan while waiting |
Boutique clothing stores | Self-care shopper mindset |
Set up referral partners
Identify three to five local businesses with overlapping clientele. They display your QR code, you display theirs. Because you’re using your Print link, you can see how many completions the partnership generates.
Postcard specs
Spec | Recommendation |

Finish | Matte or silk |
Quantity | 250–500 for an initial launch |
Do not use a gloss finish. Gloss creates glare that prevents phone cameras from reading your QR code.
